About Us

Experience the healing powers of this beautiful land through the mind, body, breath, and spirit of yoga. Join us for a class, private or group booking or maybe your soul yearns for a weekend workshop or even a retreat.

Our aim is to balance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness of our students and teachers.

We provide a variety of yoga styles. All classes have a holistic approach to yoga integrating not just the physical postures but also philosophy, meditation, pranayama, breath control and the yogic personal and social code of ethics. The postural instruction is alignment focused. Sequences range from gentle restorative to dynamic vinyasa. Blocks, belts and bolsters are available to be used to support and modify postures safely.

Charity

Husky Yoga Studio is an active fundraiser for SAHSSI: Supported Accommodation and Homelessness Services Shoalhaven Illawarra. SAHSSI provide leadership to break the cycle of domestic/family violence and homelessness and drive change through person centred services, collaborative partnerships and community engagement.
